Prior to joining the Windermere team, Nora specialized in New Construction as the New Home Sales Manager of multiple subdivisions in Boise and surrounding Treasure Valley areas. As a result of the positive work environment she created, weekly accountability meetings she conducted, and one-on-one training she provided, her team produced record sales numbers and increased the company’s revenue — surpassing all business plan expectations. She is adaptable, professional, disciplined, motivational, and follows through with impeccable attention to detail. Her energy is magnetic, her dedication to the needs and expectations of both clients and peers is unmatched, and her knack for creative problem solving is a gift.
The Idaho Real Estate Commission has recognized Nora multiple times for her productivity by acknowledging her as a “top producer”. She is continually updating her skills and knowledge through participation in professional courses and seminars, and has already earned the following designations:

Nora sees her role on Property Management as that of a matchmaker — honing in on important details and characteristics of owners and renters, and then finding the property to best fit their needs. Her ability to really listen and adapt to the personality and communication style of her clients generates genuine long-term relationships. Clients feel important because of her stellar work ethic and follow through. She sets expectations up front so her clients always know what comes next. Get to know Nora:
Native to Idaho, Nora was born in Boise and enjoyed a childhood split between urban living and relaxing in the nearby lake town of McCall, Idaho. Today she still calls Boise home, both personally and professionally. Whether it’s walking the dog on the original Oregon Trail or floating the Boise River, she enjoys the quality of life Boise has to offer. She loves sharing her passion for living in Boise.
Nora’s perfect day would start with a refreshing diet coke and morning snuggles with her son before hitting the greenbelt or nearby trails for a nature-filled excursion. She attributes her ability to seek out and praise the best in people to her late mother, and shares her gratitude for life’s treasures easily.
